BREW IT THE TRADITIONAL WAY
For the perfect cup of South Indian filter coffee
Add 2 tbsp (15g) of Pure Blend coffee powder to the filter.
Pour hot water into the filter and close the lid.
Let it drip slowly for 10–15 minutes.
Mix the decoction with hot milk. Add sugar to taste.
Rich aroma and a lovely, strong coffee flavour. Perfect for my morning South Indian filter coffee. The taste is excellent even without chicory.
