Our Balanced Blend brings together equal parts coffee and chicory for a rich, full-bodied cup. Medium roasted to bring out a deep aroma, smooth texture, and a satisfying lingering finish.

BREW IT THE TRADITIONAL WAY
For the perfect cup of South Indian filter coffee
Add 2 tbsp (15g) of Balanced Blend coffee powder to the filter.
Pour hot water into the filter and close the lid.
Let it drip slowly for 10–15 minutes.
Mix the decoction with hot milk. Add sugar to taste.
I enjoy a strong, full-bodied filter coffee, and this blend suits my taste. The equal coffee-chicory ratio gives it a distinctive traditional flavour.
